EffektivAI · AI-native software for Enterprise and Government
The ground shifts once a generation.
It's happening again with AI — and this is the one that will matter most.
Our mission: rebuild your software foundation for AI, then use it to change the game on maintenance, enhancements, and regulatory pace — at a fraction of the cost.
About EffektivAI
Built on twenty years of real delivery — now rebuilt for what's next.
EffektivAI is a brand of Effektiv Solutions Pty Ltd — built on the web application and business software capability that WebAlive established in Melbourne's Docklands in 2003. We're not a startup guessing at what enterprise and government need. We're the same team that has spent two decades building and supporting web applications for organisations across retail, sport, government, health, and industrial sectors, now doing it with AI running through the entire delivery process.
Twenty years of experience taught us one thing: a web application is never really finished. There's the ongoing maintenance, the upgrades, the security obligations, and a regulatory and threat landscape that keeps moving whether you're ready or not.
That was always hard. It relied on human labour — and problems, and opportunities, would surface faster than any team could keep up with. EffektivAI exists to fix that: a foundation built for AI from day one, so staying current stops being a race against the clock and becomes routine.

Why EffektivAI
Twenty years of context
Real client outcomes with AU organisations, not a pitch deck.
Built for the whole lifecycle
Maintenance, upgrades, and security after launch — not just the build.
AI genuinely embedded
Not a feature — it's how we build, check, and keep systems current.
Australian, enterprise-ready
Built for AU regulation and procurement, not a global template.
Why this shift is different
The biggest transformation yet
The last shift of this size was the move from desktop to web. That transition forced every business to re-platform — but it also did something else: it made deployment radically easier, and that, in turn, made software development itself faster and more agile.
This shift is bigger. The re-platforming isn't just changing where software runs — it's changing who does the work. AI is becoming the labour, not just the tool: the thing that builds, tests, and maintains the system, day to day.
That's what makes the outcome so different from the last shift. Once AI is the labour, systems can be maintained and enhanced continuously, at a speed and consistency no human team could match — and at a fraction of the cost.
In the next two years, nearly every enterprise will need re-build and re-platform for AI or risk getting left behind. We are here to help.
Two platform shifts
Desktop → Web
Changed where software ran. Made deployment radically easier — and development faster because of it.
Software → AI-as-labour
Changes who does the work. Makes maintenance and enhancement continuous, not cyclical — at a fraction of the cost.
